COVID-19
In order to assist us with complying with the College’s COVID-19 protocols, it is requested that parents do not enter Marcellin Hall at any time during the Grading session. Please wait outside at the entry point of Marcellin Hall to pick your son up at 7.45pm (7.30pm for u12).
We appreciate these arrangements are not ideal, especially for those boys new to the school, however we appreciate everyone’s understanding with complying with these requirements to ensure the safety of the boys.
Team Selections
Those players not registered prior to grading will only be considered for team selection when registration has been completed, prior to the closing date. Players who are not registered attending grading will need to complete a form for identification.
No registrations can be accepted after registrations close, however players can request to be placed on a waitlist and only allocated to a team if a position becomes available.
What if my boy cannot attend grading?
Our preference is all boys attend the grading nights. However if you are unable to attend, your son will not miss out on playing and will still be placed in a team as long they have been registered prior to the closing date. The grading night is only one of many factors taken into account when grading the boys. We also rely on past seasons coaches feedback and any other information we have.
If you cannot attend please still ensure you register your boy via the clubs website and contact us here to let us know you will not be able to make it and any other feedback you wish to provide.
Further information on the selection process, selection criteria and our year-long approach to player development can be found at Selection Process.
